Drawing Course for Beginners

Learn the fundamentals of drawing in this 12-week evening course designed for beginners offered in the vibrant artistic district of Amsterdam NDSM. Classes run on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 to 21:30, starting 16 September and ending 16 December with our teacher who has long experience in drawing courses, Secil Guven. Structure & Calendar Total: 12 classes Tuesday evenings 19:30-21:30 Start: 16 September End: 16 December Course Information Part 1: Basics Learn theory & fundamentals 16.09.2025-Line & form 23.09.2025-Perspective 30.09.2025-Light theory 14.10.2025-Drawing from life Part 2: Practical Skills Draw from life 28.10.2025-Still Life 1 (Human-made objects) 04.11.2025-Still Life 2 (Living objects) 11.11.2025-Still Life 3 (Light & Texture) 18.11.2025-Still Life 4 (Composition) Part 3: Personal Focus Establish your artistic voice. Choose your subject of interest and design your course module, such as: 25.11.2025-Portrait Drawing 02.12.2025-Human anatomy 09.12.2025-Landscape 16.12.2025-Urban drawing etc. Cost:  €300 inc. btw Classes include all materials as well as free e-books.
