Ink Pen Workshop (Dutch Landscapes)

Join us at our professional art studio  in the artistic NDSM district of Amsterdam  for a creative 2.5-hour workshop, where locals and internationals come together to learn, connect, and enjoy art. In this special ink pen edition, you’ll explore the expressive power of line through Dutch landscape drawing. Learn how to handle ink pens properly to create bold, dynamic illustrations, whether you're a complete beginner or a more advanced artist. Enjoy a glass of coffee or organic tea with light bites, all while drawing in a welcoming atmosphere. What makes this workshop unique: This session is perfect for those curious about  illustration or print-making  and inky expression. Whether you’re new to drawing or already experienced, you’ll receive hands-on tips to take your work to the next level. Our teaching style is relaxed, personal, and supportive; we guide, but also leave space for your own creative journey. What you will learn: How to properly use ink pens to create artistic effects and layered drawings Line work techniques for landscapes to create harmony and rhythm Tips on composition and controlling contrast For more advanced participants: an introduction to ink wash techniques You’ll receive  individual guidance , and everyone is encouraged to experiment and find their own drawing style. What you can create: Choose from a wide selection of  reference photos  or choose an image/photo your took earlier. Work from what inspires you most. You’ll leave the session with at least one strong drawing and the skills to continue practising confidently at home. Pricing: €37,50  per person Includes  all materials , wine, tea, coffee, and light bites. No extra costs, just show up and draw!
