Blending concepts of well-being, communication, self-acceptance, self-commit and somatic practices, this workshop offers a rich toolbox of playful and deep exercises. Ideal for anyone curious about self-discovery. This two-hour workshop offers a window into the centre of yourself to help you discover what matters to you. What do you need to bring with you? Yoga mat, water, comfortable warm clothes, notebook and pen. Who can join this workshop? Ages from 17 and up. No prior skills are required! Who is Aminta Paiz? Aminta Paiz is a captivating speaker, storyteller, and artist deeply invested in exploring what it means to be human. Inspired by psychology, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Improv, and somatic practices, she brings a rich tapestry of knowledge to her work.
